Adjustment of EXP cards and the level of hardness to the QUEST

EXP cards from QUEST gives up to 1500% more experiences from current EXP Cards
During the course of QUEST from lv 1 - 80, the experience value which can be aquire will increase
This also means the amount of Elite mobs will also increase(i hope i translate tis part correctly)


Modifications of lvling for chars after VET


As can see from the pic above..instead of only showing how many % u hav, it shows out ur vet lvl too!

The Agi buff

Chars wif agi 5 and below remain unchange
Only chars tat hav 6 agi and above will be affected

P.S my tiburon and ramiro will be buff! muhahaha
